There is a portable solar panels for power , and solar generated electric fans that is common use in the Philippines , can purchase online . Because in the Philippines power interruptions also happen specially during summer.

Obviously it is different for EU citizens and non EU nationals. But there should be no surprise in that. EU is already a kind of " Con-Federation" so EU citizens have rights and conditions which a third country nationals do not have. But it is OK as it is same even if you go to the USA. As citizen you have different possibilities as a non citizen

I want to buy a house there

My father is from Malta and we owned a flat there for many years. The first time I went was in 1982, and wow, how much the country has changed. On my first visit, it seemed for very traditional and well guarded by the old timers there. It was definitely less congested and so people back in the states didn't even know where Malta was. Things changed!

even if you wait at the stop for an hour, don't be surprised if every single person jumps in front of you without any regard for you being there patiently waiting

No one likes Malta. On social media you only get all of the good spots but here in reality Malta as a country is worse than you think. Any long staying foreigner in Malta doesn't like Malta. If you ask the educated Maltese people non of them is planning to stay in Malta

Hi Alex, I recently visited Malta for 5 days on Holiday. I loved the food and found the people both physically beautiful and very warm and friendly. However, if one looked hard enough, it was clear to see that Malta has its issues, despite its beauty and benefits, and watching your videos upon my return has given me more context for what I experienced, and helped me to learn more about this interesting island. Thank you, and sending love back to Malta.

Malta is a disaster, a small but overpopulated island, there are too many people in such a small space, not to mention the pollution, too many cars are circulating, many of the streets are dirty, I've never seen disinfestation carried out on the streets, there are cockroaches everywhere outside and inside the apartments. What kind of government is elected? Dear politicians, get a move on and clean this island properly. Have the houses for rent checked, where lately there are more than 10 people in a 3-room apartment, rents skyrocketing!!!! Malta will soon lose a lot

Any busses to valleta after 2pm is 100% full and the bus driver wont even open the front door 😂

I was in this hotel a month ago, for 2 weeks, i was on the top sky bar lounge, it was so windy it was crazy, nice hotel, truly beutiful hotel and service, from you enter the lobby to everything, just a pleasesure. you should go to the top skybar alex, the inifity pool, should have been inclusive to get in the pool ,. they did charge for that, quite weird taking in that my room was 360 euro pr night. ;)

As for cost of living safety racism l think Crete is the best

As a Turkish Cypriot Malta and Cyprus are not comparable. Though l have never been to you should compare Cyprus with Crete, which l think Crete is much more advantageous than Cyprus
